Announcements:
If you’re following the Chosen to the World track today, don’t miss the chance to meet some missionaries in the field. James Rush of Taiwan (12:00), Greg and Cindy Sawyer of Taiwan (2:00), and Scott Snow of the U.S. (4:00) will all be speaking in the ABLAZE workshop in S230 F.
Attention!!! There’s an addition to Night Life activities for all youth. Tomorrow night, Tuesday, Lost and Found will be performing following Mass Event in North 320. The concert will take place from 10:00 to 11:15 p.m. Come and take advantage of your last chance to hear L&F’s amazing message through song.
Luggage: Please remember to NOT arrive at the last Mass Event with your group’s luggage. Space is already at a premium. Please make plans to return to your hotel for your luggage, following the last Mass Event.
The Gathering Media Pass: This is now available for purchase online at the Gathering Web site. It will be downloadable on Aug. 3, but you may purchase it ahead of time. The Media Pass includes photos, videos and/or graphics from the Gathering that you can use back home.
Live Streaming: A live video feed of Mass Events is available at the Gathering site. Please encourage your home congregations to tune in, and also to donate to the site, since it costs the Gathering to keep this video feed running every night.
Gathering CD: A live CD of Gathering music, including eight tracks by the House Band, will be sold after the closing Mass Event today in the CPH Bookstore at S210.
The Gathering music store: This is located at W315. In this location, you can purchase the latest and greatest music from the artists participating in this year’s Gathering.
Attention all current students, prospective students, alumni, and friends of Concordia University-Seward! If you received a CUNE T-shirt at the Gathering, wear it tomorrow. They are hoping to see a “sea of Seward shirts” representing the university as they walk throughout the OCCC on Tuesday.
John Schnack’s Hear It session, “Offline Interactions in an Online World,” has been cancelled.
Volunteers Needed! Chosen with Others – Live It is looking for adults to volunteer for 1-2 hours a day to pray with youth in the “Prayer Garden and Tea Spa.” Pastors, seminary students, DCEs, or lay ministers would be great! Sometimes a person just needs to be with another CHOSEN one in prayer. 12-6 PM, W B2B3
Servant Event boxed lunches will not be available for purchased by check. However, participants may pay with cash, money order, credit card, debit card, or traveler’s check.
Larger Family Groups need to be willing to split up when being shuttled to their hotel. Don’t be afraid to break into smaller groups and establish a meeting place at your hotel. This is necessary for maximizing all space on the Gathering shuttles. For fastest shuttling time, all bus seats need to be filled.
Today’s Changes:
